By using Period & Me ("the app") you agree to these terms.
Not medical advice
Period & Me is a personal tracking and information app. It is not a medical device and not a method of contraception. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Predictions, fertile windows, ovulation estimates, "worth mentioning to a doctor" notes, explainers and insights are estimates and general information only. Do not rely on the app to avoid or achieve pregnancy. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's advice, including the leaflet in your pill pack. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your data
Your cycle data stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping backups and their passwords; the app gives you a password-protected backup file to keep somewhere safe. A forgotten app-lock PIN or backup password cannot be recovered by us.
Premium
- Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and in the store before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Payments, refunds and billing are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own terms.
- Every tracking feature stays free. Premium adds depth and comfort: no ads, deeper insights and a detailed doctor report.
Fair use
Don't misuse the app, reverse-engineer it to harm others, or use it to break the law.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and reliable, but we cannot promise it will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the effective date above.
