Flashwipe Terms of Use

By using Flashwipe ("the app") you agree to these terms.

Your photos

Flashwipe works on the photos already on your phone (see the Privacy Policy). You decide what to clear: nothing is cleared until you review and confirm it. Smart Clean suggestions, bill totals and categories are automatic estimates and can be wrong, so check before you confirm. On Android 11 and later, cleared photos stay in the system trash for 30 days; after that, or on older phones, they cannot be recovered by us. Keep your own backups of photos that matter.

Premium

• Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. Prices are shown in the app and in the store before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments, refunds and billing are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own terms.
• Your daily memory and Smart Clean stay free. Premium removes ads and adds extras.

Fair use

Don't misuse the app, reverse-engineer it to harm others, or use it to break the law.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and reliable, but we cannot promise it will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including photos you chose to clear.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the effective date above.
